| dc.description.abstract | Possivelmente, a utilização de instrumentos dotados de inteligência artificial irá continuar a aumentar, pelo que esta tecnologia irá continuar a afetar e influenciar a sociedade. A presente Dissertação tem como objetivo analisar quais os impactos que a utilização de inteligência artificial por parte dos intermediários financeiros origina no mercado de capitais. Isto será analisado sob o ponto de vista da responsabilidade civil. Propomo-nos a ver se os atuais regimes são ou não adequados para solucionar os problemas suscitados pela inteligência artificial. Assim, pretendemos ver de que forma o mercado financeiro se está a adaptar a esta nova realidade, bem como perceber quais os mecanismos disponíveis para melhor proteger os investidores quando resultam danos derivados do uso de inteligência artificial. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Possibly, the use of instruments equipped with artificial intelligence will continue to increase, so that this technology will continue to affect and influence society. This Dissertation aims to analyze the impacts that the use of artificial intelligence by financial intermediaries has on the capital market. This will be analyzed from the point of view of civil liability. We propose to see whether or not current regimes are suitable for solving the problems raised by artificial intelligence. Therefore, we intend to see how the financial market is adapting to this new reality, as well as understand what mechanisms are available to better protect investors when damages result from the use of artificial intelligence. | eng |
