Abstract(s)
The present investigation is a case study carried out to the communication consultant ATREVIA, where we set ourselves to understand if the Internal Communication enables a reinforcement of its Organizational Culture and Values. When we talk about organizations we talk about a group of people that gets together with a common mission, an identity that defines it and sets the ideal behaviour. Within an organization, the key element are their members, so all of their participation and contribution, along with the existence of communication, is vital for its sucess and the goals’ achievement. Considering the fact that all organizations must have a specific culture, that defines and distinguishes them from the other ones, it becomes relevant to understand the relationship between Organizational Culture and Internal Communication, and the effects produced in organizations. Through the models developed by Pereira (1999) and Brault (1993), we conducted depth Interviews. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that, as systematized in the Hypotheses under study, the Cultural Values of the organization ATREVIA are understood and well received by its leading employees through the existence of an active Internal Communication policy.
