Na Aldeia Global em que vivemos, a Comunicação Organizacional é um factor crucial do dia-a-dia de qualquer colaborador e da organização onde trabalha. A sua crescente importância tem vindo a ser estudada por diferentes autores ao longo dos anos, e mesmo sendo de difícil definição, a sua presença já é vista como um factor de sucesso empresarial.
Neste contexto, o objectivo deste relatório é analisar o fenómeno comunicacional da
companhia de aviação Portugália Airlines (PGA), dando especial relevo à Comunicação
Interna realizada na empresa. Pretende-se então verificar, mediante a utilização de um
conjunto de instrumentos de análise empírica, o impacto da comunicação como
instrumento organizacional, motivando e mobilizando os colaboradores que desta forma
sentem fazer parte da organização.
In the Global Village we live in, the Organizational Communication is a crucial factor in a worker’s day, as well as in the organization he works in. Its growing importance has been a subject of study by different authors throughout the years and although its definition can be difficult, its presence is already seen as a factor of organizational success. The main goal of this report is to analyze the communicational phenomenon at the aviation company Portugália Airlines (PGA), paying special attention to the Internal Communication. The objective will be to demonstrate the impact of said communication as an organizational tool that motivates and mobilizes its collaborators who feel part of the organization.
