A SuperNanny foi um programa de televisão que agitou as águas sobre os direitos das crianças. Pelo seu conteúdo algo inquietante, ou pelas dúvidas que suscitou, pareceu-me relevante abordar este tema, falar sobre alguns dos direitos das crianças e desvendar um pouco mais da sua essência. O objetivo é que com a leitura possamos ter um olhar mais crítico e instruído sobre o tema, que será facilmente transportado para muitas outras situações do nosso dia-a-dia, em que irrefletidamente desvalorizamos as opiniões das crianças, as suas vontades e os seus sentimentos. Deste modo, tento alcançar todo o direito aplicável ao caso.
SuperNanny was a television show that shook the waters about children's rights. Because of its content, something that was very disturbing for many of us, because of the doubts that have arisen, it seemed relevant to me to approach this theme, to talk about some of the rights of the children and to reveal a little more of its essence. The goal is that with reading we can have a more critical and educated look on the subject, which will be easily transposed into many other situations of our day to day, in which we unreflectively devalue children's opinions, their wishes and their feelings. In this way, I try to reach all the law applicable to the case.
