Abstract(s)
The use of extrinsic incentives as organizational rewards has become usual, but the conditions and situations where the negative effects that occurs in the intrinsic motivation of the individual yet are to be known. This dissertation goes through the scientific literature about the effect called crowding-out, showing then case examples, then we propose a simple Framework that shows the conditions it can occurs.
