Abstract(s)
As várias mudanças no seio das organizações, fruto de um mercado global e cada vez mais
competitivo, aliado a uma conjuntura económica desfavorável, produzem consequências diretas
e indiretas na forma como os colaboradores e as organizações se relacionam e comunicam entre
si.
Neste sentido, a comunicação, e em particular, a comunicação interna é uma área estratégica de
desenvolvimento organizacional, tendo efeitos de alinhamento dos públicos internos com a
estratégia de comunicação organizacional global. Sendo que as organizações são feitas de e por
pessoas, torna-se primordial o seu conforto dentro da empresa para que isso se traduza num
desempenho positivo e saudável. Como tal factores como motivação, satisfação e compromisso
identificam-se como alguns dos aspectos mais importantes para tal desempenho. Compreender
de que modo pode a Comunicação Interna apoiar e influenciar o desenvolvimento de indicadores
desta natureza é , pois, o propósito deste relatório de estágio.
A presente investigação é um estudo de caso realizado numa Consultora Multinacional
Francesa, onde se procurou aferir a veracidade das hipóteses estudadas. Os resultados obtidos
permitiram verificar se a Comunicação Interna contribui para a motivação, satisfação e
compromisso dos colaboradores na empresa estudada.
The numerous changes within organizations, as a result of an increasingly and competitive global market, combined with an unfavorable economic environment, produce direct and indirect consequences on the way employees and organizations relate and communicate with each other. In this regard, communication, more particularly, internal communication is a strategic area of organizational development, having alignment effects of the internal public with the overall organizational communication strategy. Since organizations are made of and by people, its comfort within the company becomes essential so that it translates in a positive and healthy performance. As such, factors such as motivation, satisfaction and commitment are identified as some of the most important aspects for such performance. Understanding how the Internal Communication can support and influence the development of indicators of this nature is, therefore, the purpose of this internship report. This research consists in a case study performed in a French Multinational Consultant, where the veracity of the hypotheses studied was assessed. The obtained results allowed to show that the Internal Communication contributes to motivation, satisfaction and commitment of the studied company employees.
