| dc.description.abstract | Os efeitos do trabalho na saúde têm vindo a tornar-se cada vez mais evidentes, o que revela a necessidade de adotar medidas que visem preservar a saúde e o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. Centrando-se nas influências recíprocas das dinâmicas do trabalho da atividade agrícola, o presente estudo, ancorado na abordagem da psicologia ergonómica, procurou identificar as exigências e constrangimentos do trabalho neste setor de atividade e os efeitos na saúde e bem-estar dos trabalhadores. Em termos metodológicos, o estudo contemplou a administração de um inquérito que aborda as relações entre a saúde e o trabalho – Inquérito Saúde e Trabalho (2010), complementado com verbalizações dos participantes e observações do contexto real do trabalho. Os resultados obtidos comprovam a existência de constrangimentos ao nível do ambiente físico e organização do trabalho que afetam e condicionam a saúde dos trabalhadores. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The effects of work on health have been becoming increasingly evident, which reveals the need to adopt measures to safeguard the health and welfare of workers. Focusing on the reciprocal influences of the dynamics of the work of agricultural activity, the present study, anchored in ergonomic psychology approach, sought to identify the requirements and constraints of working in this sector of activity and the effects on health and well-being of workers. In terms of methodology, the study included administration of a survey that addresses the relationship between health and work - Inquérito Saúde e Trabalho (2010), supplemented with verbalizations of participants and observations of the actual context of the work. The results obtained confirm the existence of constraints in terms of the physical environment and work organization that affect and influence the health of workers. | por |
