A presente dissertação visa analisar as diferentes vias de constituição jurídica de uma comunidade de energia renovável (CER), nomeadamente, ao abrigo do instituto societário, colocando em confronto as características desta recente figura jurídica com as características essenciais das sociedades comerciais.
