| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório pretende espelhar o trabalho efectuado nos dois módulos de estágio, integrados no Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. De forma cronológica será realizado uma análise reflexiva sobre os objectivos e as estratégias definidas para a sua concretização, as competências adquiridas, como as creditadas pela experiência profissional. O módulo I de estágio, onde “Tudo tem um inicio…”, realizado na Unidade de Cuidados de Saúde Personalizados do Olival – Cacém, na equipe de Saúde Materna, reflecte as intervenções de enfermagem na prevenção da depressão pós-parto. Sendo a depressão pós-parto uma patologia com uma elevada prevalência e responsável por alterações no funcionamento normal da vida da mãe e no desenvolvimento saudável da criança, a sua prevenção torna-se emergente e as intervenções de enfermagem imprescindíveis. O módulo III de estágio, realizado na Clínica da Juventude pertencente a área de pedopsiquiatria do Hospital Dona Estefânia, integrado no Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Central, focaliza as intervenções de enfermagem nos “Ecos da adolescência…”. O eco existente no núcleo familiar dos adolescentes com patologia psiquiátrica e/ou, o eco existente nos adolescentes pelas dificuldades de relação com o seu núcleo familiar, são realidades de elevada complexidade onde o enfermeiro especialista em saúde mental e psiquiátrica assume um papel fundamental na resposta a estas situações problemáticas. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This report aims to reflect the work developed on the two blocks of the trainee performed in the scope of the specialty of Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatry with an integrated Master. It will be done a reflexive analysis, in a chronologic manner, about the goals to achieve and the strategies defined to its conclusion as well as the acquired skills supported by the professional experience. The first block of the trainee, where “Everything has a beginning…/ Tudo tem um início…”, performed at the Individual Health Care Unit of Olival – Cacém, with the team of Maternal Health, on the goals and intervention strategies of nursing in preventing post-delivery depression. Being post-delivery depression a pathology with a high relevance and responsible for the changes in the normal life of the mother and on the healthy growth of the child, preventing becomes emergent and nursing interventions become irreplaceable. The third block of the trainee performed at the Youth Clinic, that is part of the paedopsychiatry of the Dona Estefânia Hospital at the Hospital Center of Central Lisbon focus on nursing interventions on the “Echos of teenagers/ Ecos da Adolescência…”. The existing echo at the family’s core with psychiatry pathology or the existing echo in teenagers due to difficulties of relationship with the family core are realities of an extreme complexity where the nurse specialist in Mental Health plays a key role in addressing such problematic situations. | en |
