O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de natureza profissional com especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
O período de estágio a que se reporta este relatório é de 28 Abril de 2014 a 21 de janeiro de 2015, estando o estágio dividido em três módulos. Estes foram realizados nos seguintes locais, todos pertencentes à Casa de Saúde do Bom Jesus: Módulo I - Gabinete Integrado de Serviços em Saúde Mental – na unidade móvel de apoio domiciliário e na unidade sócio-ocupacional; Módulo II – Unidade de S. José – unidade de médio/longo internamento; Módulo III – Serviço de Reabilitação.
Este documento tem como objetivo descrever e refletir sobre o percurso formativo realizado ao longo do estágio da especialidade de Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. Traduz a análise e reflexão crítica das competências desenvolvidas e adquiridas inerentes ao Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. Assim como progressos e fatores que contribuíram para a minha aprendizagem e dificuldades sentidas relativas às experiências vivenciadas e à concretização dos objetivos e intervenções delineados para o estágio.
Em suma, considero que este percurso formativo contribuiu para a aquisição e desenvolvimento de um leque diversificado de competências profissionais e pessoais, nomeadamente de específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. De entre as atividades realizadas destaco a implementação de um programa de Estimulação Cognitiva e um de Treino de Gestão do Regime Medicamentoso.
This report was elaborated in the scope of the Master's Degree of Nursing with professional nature and specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing of Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. This report refers to an internship period from 28th April of 2014 to 21st January of 2015, being that same internship split into three different modules. Those modules were performed in the following locations, all of them belonging to Casa de Saúde do Bom Jesus: Module I - Gabinete Integrado de Serviços em Saúde Mental, in the movable unit of homecare and the socio-occupational unit; Module II - Unidade de S. José, unit of medium/long term internment; Module III - Unidade de Reabilitação (rehabilitation unit). This document intends to report my training path during the internship of the specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. It translates my analysis and reflection review of the developed and acquired skills inherent to the Nurse Specialist in Mental Health and Psychiatry, as well as the progress and factors that contributed to my learning, the difficulties that I've felt regarding my experiences and the accomplishment of the objectives and interventions outlined to the internship. In short, I consider that this training path contributed to the acquisition and development of a diverse range of professional and personal skills, namely the specific ones of the Nurse Specialist in Mental Health and Psychiatry. From the fulfilled activities, I highlight the implementation of a program of Cognitive Stimulation and a Management of Medicine Regime Training.
