| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatĂłrio insere-se no Ăąmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Cuidados Paliativos da Universidade CatĂłlica Portuguesa e apresenta a reflexĂŁo das atividades executadas no estĂĄgio. O estĂĄgio foi realizado com a Equipa de Suporte em Cuidados Paliativos da Unidade Local de SaĂșde de Matosinhos e incluiu uma visita de estudo ao Centro de San Camilo. Com este relatĂłrio pretendeu-se promover a anĂĄlise critico-reflexiva sobre o percurso efetuado e desta forma consolidar conhecimentos, e desenvolver competĂȘncias necessĂĄrias Ă prestação de cuidados de enfermagem a doentes paliativos e seus familiares, demonstrando-os atravĂ©s da sistematização de toda a informação. Conclui-se que, apesar de ter sido um percurso cansativo que exigiu desenvolvimento de capacidades de gestĂŁo do tempo, do stress, organização laboral e pessoal, vasta pesquisa bibliogrĂĄfica, descrição, anĂĄlise, reflexĂŁo, comunicação escrita, se tornou gratificante pela aquisição de conhecimentos, desenvolvimento de competĂȘncias prĂĄticas, concretização das metas previamente estabelecidas, enriquecimento pessoal e profissional. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This report integrates within the scope of the Masters Course in Palliative Cares of the Catholic University of Portugal and presents a reflection of the performed activities in the internship. This internship was carried out with the Support Team of Palliative Cares from de Local Health Unit of Matosinhos and has included a study visit to the San Camilo Centre. With this report we intended to promote a critical and reflexive analysis on the journey made and thereby consolidate knowledge and develop the necessary skills to the provision of nursing cares to palliative patients and families, demonstrating them through the systematization of all the information. We conclude that, despite being a tiring journey that has demanded the development of time management skills, stress, global and personal organization, wide bibliographical research, description, analysis, reflection and written communication, it turned out to be gratifying for the knowledge acquisition, the development of practical skills, the achievement of the established goals and the personal and professional enrichment. | por |
