| dc.description.abstract | A inserção de jovens em Centros Educativos (CE) tem como principal objetivo a sua reintegração na sociedade, de modo digno e responsável. Tal operacionaliza-se através de um acompanhamento tutelar educativo que reúne a realização de múltiplas atividades e programas de cariz socio emocional, que por serem de natureza grupal, foram suspensos devido às contingências trazidas pela pandemia. O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar o impacto da pandemia por Covid-19 na execução da MTE de internamento em CE em Portugal e, por consequência, nas rotinas e reinserção social dos jovens que se encontravam a cumpri-las. O estudo contou com a participação de cinco profissionais, representando cada um dos cinco CE de Portugal Continental. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, a partir de um guião previamente elaborado para o efeito. Recorremos, posteriormente, a uma abordagem semi-indutiva para a o tratamento e análise dados, com recurso ao software NVivo. Foi-nos possível concluir que a pandemia causou impacto no funcionamento dos CE de Portugal a variados níveis, desde a gestão do trabalho dos profissionais até às rotinas dos jovens em internamento. Destacamos o impacto da pandemia ao nível da suspensão das atividades realizadas com os jovens em contexto tutelar educativo, aspeto que poderá, futuramente, repercutir-se no processo de reintegração na sociedade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The insertion of young people in Educational Centers (EC) has the main objective of reintegrating young people into society in a dignified and responsible manner. This is accomplished through an educative tutelary monitoring that brings together the execution of multiple activities and programs of a socio-emotional nature, which, due to the group format of the intervention, were suspended as a result of the contingencies brought by the pandemic. The present study has the general objective of analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the execution of the MTE of internment in EC in Portugal and, consequently, on the routines and social reintegration of young people. The study involved five professionals, representing each of the five EC in mainland Portugal. Semi-structured interviews were carried out, based on a script previously prepared for this purpose. Subsequently, a semi-inductive approach for data processing and analysis was employed using the NVivo software. It was possible to conclude that the pandemic had an impact on the functioning of EC in Portugal at several levels, from the management of the work of professionals to the routines of young people in internment. We highlight the impact of the pandemic in terms of the suspension of activities carried out with young people in an educative tutelary context. In the future, this aspect may have a significant impact on the process of reintegration into society. | pt_PT |
