O presente Relatório de Atividade Clínica tem como principal objetivo descrever e analisar os atos clínicos realizados nas diversas áreas <br/>disciplinares durante o 4.º e o 5.º anos do Mestrado Integrado em Medicina Dentária da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. A atividade aqui retratada foi desenvolvida pelo binómio 233, no período compreendido entre 25 de setembro de 2024 e 22 de maio de 2026, com especial ênfase na apresentação de um caso clínico diferenciado focado em microcirurgia endodôntica. Esta etapa final da formação académica, constitui um pilar fundamental na transição para a vida profissional. É neste contexto que o aluno, futuro médico dentista, tem a oportunidade de aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos, demonstrando autonomia, sentido crítico e capacidade para diagnosticar, formular um raciocínio clínico e propor planos de tratamento adequados e integrados. Os dados referentes a toda a atividade clínica foram registados, estruturados e avaliados com recurso a uma base de dados na plataforma Microsoft Excel®.
This Clinical Activity Report aims to describe and analyze the clinical procedures performed across the various disciplinary areas during the 4th and 5th years of the Integrated Master's Degree in Dental Medicine at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The activity presented here was developed by binomial 233, between September 25, 2024, and May 22, 2026, with a special emphasis on the presentation of a differentiated clinical case focused on endodontic microsurgery. This final stage of academic training constitutes a fundamental pillar in the transition to professional life. Within this context, the student, as a future dentist, has the opportunity to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge, demonstrating autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to diagnose, formulate clinical reasoning, and propose appropriate and integrated treatment plans. The data regarding all clinical activity were recorded, structured, and evaluated using a database on the Microsoft Excel® platform.
