Abstract(s)
Partnerships between Higher Education Institutions Nursing (HEIN) and Health Institutions (HI), albeit inconsistent, are essential to nursing education, because they facilitate the acquisition of skills in the context of Clinical Teaching. Several studies indicate that the effective creation of partnerships has not been easy and there factors that interfere with this joint. The present article aims to identify the factors that difficult the articulation between HEIN and to describe the measures to be implemented to improve this articulation. The difficulties reported by actors that hinder the articulation between HEIN and HI and the measures suggested by them to improve this articulation were grouped into 6 categories of factors: Institutional, Organizational, Supervision, Formative, Communicational and Professionals. It is up to HEIN and HI, where the CT occur, to creating the conditions and strategies for effective communication and collaboration for the development of effective partnerships, which reduce the constraints hindering the practical implementation of partnerships. The implementation of new strategies implies motivation and commitment of stakeholders, the set of development policies, models, protocols and guidelines of clinical supervision, and a rigorous evaluation of the partnership in order to satisfy the needs and interests of both parties.
