Esse estudo tem como objetivo analisar o atual panorama da indústria cinematográfica brasileira, a participação do filme brasileiro na exibição de filmes em cinemas do Brasil. Assim busca-se compreender como o setor se comporta no Brasil, seu histórico e filmes brasileiros como potenciais enquanto produto econômico. Para realizar a referida análise, o trabalho verificou a bibliografia disponível sobre o tema e os dados estatísticos gerados pelas instituições envolvidas com o setor cinematográfico brasileiro. Esse trabalho é uma tentativa de refletir sobre o comportamento do setor e apontar alguns caminhos que a indústria possa seguir.
This study aims to analyze the current scenery of the Brazilian film industry, the participation of Brazilian film on the screening of films in movie theaters in Brazil. Thus, they seek to understand how the industry behaves in Brazil, the historical aspect and Brazilian films as potential as economic product. To perform this analysis, the study verified the available literature on this topic and statistical data generated by the institutions involved with the Brazilian film industry. This work is an attempt to reflect on sector behavior and point out some ways that the industry can follow.
