| dc.description.abstract | O Relatório de Atividade Clínica integra as competências, conhecimentos e experiências clínicas adquiridas ao longo dos cinco anos de formação do Mestrado Integrado em Medicina Dentária. Este documento apresenta a atividade clínica por mim desenvolvida durante o 5.º ano do curso, destacando alguns casos clínicos completos da área da reabilitação oral. O objetivo deste documento consiste em apresentar a atividade clínica por mim desenvolvida durante o 5.º ano do curso, destacando alguns casos clínicos completos da área da reabilitação oral. Pretende-se neste documento analisar criticamente os tratamentos executados, evidenciando a evolução das competências clínicas adquiridas ao longo deste período formativo. A estrutura do relatório encontra-se organizada por áreas disciplinares, sendo apresentados, para cada uma delas, os pacientes observados na qualidade de operador e de assistente, os respetivos diagnósticos, planos de tratamento e procedimentos clínicos realizados. | dc.description.abstract | The Clinical Activity Report encompasses the competencies, knowledge, and clinical experience acquired throughout the five years of the Integrated master’s degree in dental medicine. This document describes the clinical activity undertaken during the fifth year of the program, reflecting the educational journey undertaken across the various areas of Dental Medicine. The main objective of this report is to present and critically analyze the clinical activity performed during the final year of training, highlighting the development of the technical, scientific, and interpersonal skills acquired throughout this period. In addition, several comprehensive clinical cases in the field of Oral Rehabilitation are presented, as they are considered representative of the learning process and clinical development achieved. The report is organized by disciplinary area, presenting, for each area, the patients observed as both operator and assistant, along with their respective diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical procedures performed. The theoretical and practical knowledge acquired throughout the course constitutes the fundamental basis for future practice in Dental Medicine, representing an important milestone in the transition from academic training to professional practice, guided by principles of responsibility, scientific rigor, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. | eng |
