| dc.description.abstract | Hoje em dia, a tecnologia é omnipresente e parte integrante da vida quotidiana. No caso dos serviços de saúde, a transformação digital traz consigo muitos desafios. O processo de introdução de novas tecnologias pode ser bastante moroso e complexo, afetando o sistema de saúde como um todo. A relação entre médicos e pacientes é posta à prova e a prestação de serviços de saúde é integralmente alterada. Assim, este trabalho, que teve como local de estágio o Hospital Conde Ferreira, tem como objetivo, identificar os conceitos chave que estão na base do desenvolvimento de uma nova revolução na área da saúde, saúde 4.0., explorando os vários elementos e a importância da tecnologia nesta nova era digital de forma a comentar evidências empíricas a partir de um melhor entendimento dos aspetos de mudança e renovação para cadeias de valor digitais na área da saúde. Este estudo teve como fundamentação servir de suporte ao projeto ambicionado pelo Hospital que consiste na criação de um novo serviço de apoio ao Hospital de Dia de Alzheimer, um serviço ambicioso que pretende que doentes em estágios iniciais da doença, não tenham de abdicar do seu dia a dia e possam beneficiar de alguns serviços médicos usualmente prestados no hospital a partir do conforto das suas casas. . É traçada uma visão geral da saúde em Portugal e da situação atual de implementação de medidas de telemedicina, identificando oportunidades e constrangimentos decorrentes da mesma, de forma a poder concluir as principais ideias para que o Hospital Conde Ferreira possa beneficiar da implementação do novo serviço, elabore algumas mudanças estratégicas e seja capaz de capacitar a organização a mudanças estruturais e culturais. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, technology is ubiquitous and an integral part of everyday life. In the case of healthcare services, digital transformation brings with it many challenges. The process of introducing new technologies can be quite lengthy and complex, affecting the healthcare system. The relationship between doctors and patients is put to the test and the delivery of healthcare services is fundamentally altered. Thus, this work, which had the Hospital Conde Ferreira as the internship site, aims to identify the key concepts that underlie the development of a new revolution in health care, Health 4.0, exploring the various elements and the importance of technology in this new digital era to comment on empirical evidence from a better understanding of the aspects of change and renewal for digital value chains in health. The rationale of this study was to support the Hospital's ambition to create a new support service to the Alzheimer's Day Hospital, an ambitious service that intends those patients in early stages of the disease do not have to give up their daily lives and can benefit from some medical services usually provided in the hospital from the comfort of their homes. An overview of health in Portugal and the current situation of implementation of telemedicine measures is outlined, identifying opportunities and constraints arising from it, to conclude the main ideas so that the Hospital Conde Ferreira can benefit from the implementation of the new service, elaborate some strategic changes and be able to enable the organization to structural and cultural changes. | pt_PT |
