Abstract(s)
O presente relatório visa descrever e analisar todo o percurso percorrido na aquisição e
desenvolvimento de competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-
-Cirúrgica, de acordo com o plano de estudos do curso.
Todo este processo de aprendizagem foi espelhado no estágio que se desenvolveu em
três módulos que serão apresentados por ordem cronológica.
Módulo I foi realizado num Serviço de Urgência Central de Lisboa, de 22/04/2013 a
22/06/2013 onde realço as atividades desenvolvidas na prestação de cuidados à pessoa em
situação urgente/ emergente, dando enfoque à qualidade dos cuidados centrado na pessoa/
família identificando as implicações do ruído no conforto da pessoa em situação crítica, tendo
por base a teoria de Kolcaba.
Módulo III decorreu na Comissão de Controlo de Infeção Hospitalar de um hospital
central de Lisboa. Foi realizado no período compreendido entre 29/09/2013 a 16/11/2013, onde
procurei desenvolver competências na qualidade dos cuidados prestados à pessoa em
situação crítica aquando do transporte inter-hospitalar, recorrendo e dando relevância à
descontaminação de materiais e equipamentos de ambulâncias assim como às precauções
básicas, baseada nos princípios de Florence Nightingale entre outros.
Módulo II realizado na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos de um hospital privado de Lisboa
com início a 18/11/2013 a 31/01/2014, período este em que também se teve por base a
contribuição para a melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados, mas desta vez à pessoa em situação
crítica internada em UCI, através da sensibilização dos enfermeiros para a importância da
utilização da capnografia, realçando a prestação de cuidados de qualidade baseados na teoria
de Jean Watson.
Foi realizada também uma revisão sistemática da literatura como suporte para aquisição
de competências, assim como transversal a estes três módulos a preocupação com a formação
pessoal dos enfermeiros e assistentes operacionais dos serviços onde realizei estágio,
refletindo-se numa importante estratégia no que diz respeito à mudança efetiva de
comportamentos em busca da melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados prestados.
A metodologia utilizada no relatório foi descritiva e analítica, suportado na pesquisa
bibliográfica e portfólio reflexivo elaborado em cada módulo.
Os objetivos gerais e específicos propostos foram atingidos, resultando num
aprofundamento de competências especializadas exigidas para a atribuição do Titulo de
Enfermeiro Especialista, pelo que a sustentar todo este processo e todo o estágio esteve uma
profunda reflexão crítica sobre a qualidade dos cuidados centrados na pessoa como promoção
de qualidade e excelência na prestação de cuidados sustentado nas teóricas referidas e na
teoria psicoterapêutica de Carl Rogers.
This report aims to describe and analyze all the process covered in the acquisition and development of skills Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing, according to the syllabus of the course. This reflects a learning process at a learning in a training program developed in three modules, which are going to be present in a date order. Module I - was conducted in the Emergency Central Service, where I highlight 22/04/2013 to 22/06/2013 the activities in the provision of patient care in urgent/ emergent situations, focus on the quality of care centered on person/ family identifying noise implications relieved promoted care and comfort based on the theory of Kolkaba. Module III Hospitalar Infection Control in comitte of Central Hospital, was conducted during the period from 29/09/2013 to 16/11/2013, where I tried to develop skills based in the quality of care during the inter-hospital transport supporting the importance of material and equipment decontamination, at the same time remembering the basic precautions, based in Florence Nightingale principles and others. Module II realized in the Intensive Care Unit of a private hospital between 18/11/2013 and 31/01/2014, where I wanted to contribute for the best practices to succeed quality of care, showing the importance of capnography, highlighting Jean Watson. Also was performed a systematic review of literature as support for skills acquisition, as well as cross these three modules concern with the training staff and services where nurses spent reflecting on an important strategy in relation to the change of effective behaviors to have quality care. The methodology used in the report was descriptive and analytical, have been conducted based on bibliographic research and reflective portfolio developed in each module of the stage. The general and specific objectives have been achieved, resulting in a deepening of skills required for the award of the title of Specialist Nurse at that sustain this whole process was a deep critical reflection on the quality care practice centered on person to promote the quality and excellence based on the theorists mentioned and on the Carl Rogers psychotherapeutic theory.
