| dc.description.abstract | The work that is now being published corresponds, in essence – albeit with occasional changes – to the thesis presented to the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, in the context of the Research-Oriented Master's Degree. The aim of this work is to contribute to the discussion and reflection on some of the problems that revolve around the figure of non-voting preferred shares.
