Abstract(s)
No âmbito do curso de Mestrado de Natureza Profissional na área de Especialização em
Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica, estão definidos três módulos práticos que tem como objectivo
lto e
idoso com doença grave, e é especialmente dirigido para a assistência ao doente em estado
(Regulamento Geral, UCP- ICS/ESPS, Mestrado em Enfermagem de natureza
profissional, p.8).
Os respectivos módulos de estágio foram desenvolvidos da seguinte forma cronológica:
Módulo I, Serviço de Urgência, realizado no Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte Hospital
de Santa Maria, onde delineei os seguintes objectivos, prestar cuidados especializados à
pessoa/família em situação emergente a vivenciar processos complexos de doença crítica e/ou
falência orgânica na sala de reanimação e promover a prevenção e controlo das infeções
cruzadas, atuando no âmbito das precauções básicas; Módulo III, de Opção - realizado na
Comissão de Infecção Hospitalar Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte, pólo Hospital Pulido
Valente. Onde foram delineados os seguintes objectivos: desenvolver competências na área
da prevenção e do controlo da infecção associada aos cuidados de saúde, no âmbito da
intervenção do enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na Comissão de
Controlo de Infecção; Promover as boas práticas ao doente algaliado, no contexto de trabalho,
para prevenir a infecção urinária; Promover boas práticas na avaliação da pressão intra
abdominal; Modulo II, de Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios foi-me creditado pela minha
experiencia profissional na área.
Este relatório tem como objectivo transmitir toda a caminhada realizada ao longo deste
percurso prático. Toda a reflexão sobre a prática ajuda os conhecimentos já adquiridos a
crescerem e fazem mudar comportamentos. Pretende ser explícito, de como foram dados
todos os passos para atingir os objectivos delineados, aborda também as dificuldades e os
obstáculos que levaram a quedas e os posteriores levantes para continuar o árduo caminho.
Para complementar este relatório o primeiro capítulo insere uma revisão sistemática da
literatura sobre o meu tema principal e que me serviu de fio condutor, a Prevenção e Controlo
da Infecção Hospitalar.
As part of the Master Program of Professional Nature in the area of Specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing, are defined three practical modules which aims to "develop skills for advanced nursing care to adult and elderly patients with severe disease, and is especially directed to assistance to the patient in critical condition." (General Regulations, UCP-ICS / ESPS, Masters in Nursing of professional nature, p.8). The respective training modules were developed as follows in chronological order: Module I, Emergency Services, held at North Lisbon Hospital Centre - Hospital de Santa Maria, where he outlined the following objectives, to provide specialized care to the person/family experiencing the situation emerging complex processes of critical illness and / or organ failure in the resuscitation room and promote the prevention and control of infections crossed, acting under the basic precautions. Module III, Option - held in the Committee of Hospital Infection Hospital Center Lisbon North - Hospital Pulido Valente. Where were outlined the following objectives: to develop skills in the area of prevention and control of infection associated with health care, under the assistance of the nurse specialist in medical-surgical nursing, the Commission infection control; Promoting good practice to patient with catheter, in the workplace, to prevent urinary infection; promote good practice in the evaluation of intra-abdominal pressure. Module II, Intensive Care / Intermediate was credited me for my professional experience in the area. This report is intended to convey any walk held along this route practical. Every reflection on practice helps knowledge already acquired to grow and make change behaviors. Aims to be explicit about how the steps were taken to achieve the objectives, the difficulties and obstacles that lead to falls and subsequent uprisings to continue the hard way. To complement this report the first chapter inserts a systematic review of literature on my main theme and that became my guiding principle, the Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection
