O atual relatório de estágio insere-se no âmbito do estágio curricular do 2º ano do mestrado
em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações da Universidade Católica Portuguesa,
Centro Regional de Braga, que decorreu na Câmara Municipal do Marco de Canaveses, na
Divisão de Recursos Humanos da instituição, de Outubro de 2019 a Fevereiro de 2020. O
estágio deteve como principais objetivos a solidificação e a aplicação prática dos
conhecimentos académicos, bem como, a promoção da aquisição de novos assim como de
competências profissionais e pessoais importantes para o futuro profissional. O presente
documento organiza-se em 4 secções ou capítulos: a primeira destacada para a apresentação
e descrição da instituição de acolhimento, a segunda destinada ao psicólogo do trabalho e
das organizações e à observação assistemática do contexto de estágio e, em terceiro, uma
secção dedicada às atividades desempenhadas de maior relevância acompanhadas do seu
respetivo referencial teórico. Por último, a quarta secção, reporta uma nota conclusiva e
auto- reflexiva acerca da experiência, na sua globalidade, em retrospetiva.
The current internship report is part of the curricular internship of the 2nd year of the master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Catholic University of Portugal, Braga regional Center, which took place at the Marco de Canaveses town hall, in the department of Human Resources from October 2019 to February 2020. The internship had as main objectives the solidification and practical application of academic knowledge, as well promoting the acquisition of new and important professional and personal skills for the future. The document is organized in 4 sections or chapters: the first highlighted for the presentation and description of the host institution, the second for the psychologist of work and organizations and the asystematic observation of the internship context, in third a section dedicated to the activities performed with greater relevance accompanied by their respective theoretical framework. Finally, in the fourth section, he reports a conclusive and self-reflective note about the overall experience in retrospect.
