O ritmo avassalador da crise ambiental exige uma reflexão profunda que
conduza a uma valorização do ambiente e assegure uma consciência ética sobre
as responsabilidades diretas nesta crise. Esta nova forma de comportamento
ético permitirá que todos os seres possam usufruir, em conjunto, deste bem que
é a vida, do qual a problemática dos recursos hídricos é indissociável. A Bioética,
ao refletir sobre as questões éticas que emergem das novas tecnologias e da
investigação científica, tem um papel fundamental, na medida em que poderá
representar uma mais-valia para enriquecer e fundamentar estas discussões sobre
a sustentabilidade dos recursos hídricos
The overwhelming pace of environmental crisis promotes deep reflection that values the environment and ensures an ethical awareness of the direct responsibility in this crisis. This new form of ethical behavior will allow all living things to enjoy together this good that is life, of which the problem of water resources is inseparable. Bioethic thought about the ethical issues that emerge from new technologies and scientific research, has a key role, and it may represent an added value to enrich and substantiate these discussions on the sustainability of water resources.
