A área de intervenção situa-se em Lisboa, na freguesia das Avenidas Novas.
Este Trabalho de Projeto corresponde ao desenvolvimento da solução urbana
proposta para esta área de Lisboa no 1º semestre, nas unidades curriculares de Projeto
Integrado Urbano e de Projeto Integrado de Paisagem.
Este projeto surge da intenção da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian melhorar a
cidade que a envolve, ao abrigo do projeto "O Nosso Km2 " criado pela fundação,
formando um desafio e uma oportunidade para testar novas ideias e propostas para
resolver problemas de ordem social, urbana e arquitetónica.
Na freguesia das Avenidas Novas passa uma linha férrea que separa duas partes
desta freguesia, dividindo assim o território em dois.
A proposta deste projeto tem como principal objetivo unificar estas duas partes
da freguesia, através da criação de uma nova avenida que liga a Avenida de Berna com
o Bairro do Rego, passando por cima da linha férrea, sobre a qual é criada uma
plataforma que alberga uma grande área de espaço verde público. Esta avenida é na
verdade um edifício destinado a estacionamento público nos seus pisos inferiores, mas
em cuja cobertura surge uma avenida aparentemente como tantas outras presentes
nesta freguesia, ladeada por vários edifícios novos, que dela fazem parte, enquanto
grande edifício híbrido (estacionamento/ avenida/ ponte/ habitação/ escritórios /
comércio).
Desta proposta faz parte também o desenvolvimento dos edifícios que ligarão
esta nova avenida-ponte à Avenida de Berna e ao Hospital Curry Cabral, com um
programa híbrido destinado a vários estratos sociais e aberto a todos os cidadãos,
transformando o interior do conjunto edificado num quarteirão vivo, com jardins, lojas
e caminhos, que o transformarão numa passagem natural para os transeuntes.
The intervention area is located in Lisbon, in the parish of New Avenues. This project work corresponds to the development of urban solution proposed for this area of Lisbon in the 1st semester, the courses Integrated Urban Design and Integrated Landscape Project. This project arises from the intention of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation improve the city that surrounds it, under the project "Our Km2" created by the foundation, creating a challenge and an opportunity to test new ideas and proposals to solve social, urban and architectural problems. In the parish of New Avenues passes a railway line that separates two parts of this parish, thus dividing the territory in two. The purpose of this project aims to unify these two parts of the parish, by creating a new avenue that connects the Avenida de Berna with Rego neighborhood, passing over the railway line, on which is created a platform which houses a large area of public green space. This avenue is actually a building for public parking in their lower floors, but whose coverage comes an avenue apparently like many others present in this parish, flanked by several new buildings, which are part of it, while large hybrid building (parking / avenue / bridge / housing / office / commerce). This proposal is also part of the development of buildings that will link this new avenue bridge to Berna Aveneu and the Curry Cabral Hospital, with a hybrid program to various social strata and open to all citizens, transforming the interior of the set built in a quarter alive with gardens, shops and roads, which will turn a natural passage for pedestrians.
La zone d’intervention situe à Lisbonne, dans la commune des Avenidas Novas . L’exécution de ce Projet correspond au développement de la zone urbaine proposé pour cette zone de Lisbonne durant le premier semestre dans le domaine du projet urbain et paysagiste. Ce projet est proposé par la fondation « Calouste GulbenKian » afin d’améliorer la ville qui l’entoure, à l’abri du projet « O Nosso Km2 » créé par cette fondation, proposant ainsi un défit et une opportunité pour tester de nouvelles idées et recevoir de nouvelles propositions pour résoudre les problèmes d’ordre sociaux, urbains et architecturaux. Dans la commune des « Avenida Novas » il y a un chemin de fer qui traverse la commune la séparant en deux parties. Le principal défit de ce projet est d’unir la commune a travers la construction d’ une nouvelle avenue qui reliera l’avenue « de Berne » et l’avenue « do Rego », passant au-dessus du chemin de fer, et sur lequel il sera construit une plateforme qui occupera une grande zone verte publique. Cette avenue sera en réalité un édifice destiné à un parking qui occupera les deux étages inferieurs, mais qui apparemment ne sera qu’une avenue comme tants d’autres existantes dans la commune, entourée par de nombreux et nouveaux édifices, formant un tout autour de cette construction hybride (parking, avenue, pont, habitations, bureaux et commerces). Ce projet est associé également au développement de quelques édifices qui relieront cette nouvelle avenue/ pont à l’avenue « de Berne » et à l’hôpital « Curry Cabral » comme un programme hybride destiné aux plusieurs couches sociales et ouvert à tout les citoyens, transformant l’intérieur en un quartier vivant, comprenant plusieurs jardins publiques, des boutiques et plusieurs accès, qui transformeront ce paysage en un passage naturel pour les passants et habitants.
