The sample shows high levels of procrastination. The obtained KMO test the value of .625, the sphericity test Bartlett Chi-Square 184,663 with 66 degrees of freedom (df degrees of freedom), significance level < .001 and commonality of greater than .500. The factor analysis of main components has identified three factors that explain 48.54, respectively: emotional, physical and strategic. The relevance of this instrument is related to the theoretical basis and the underlying conceptual support to the concept of leadership and the results provide evidence of applicability of the instrument in subsequent studies in work context.
