Falar de família hoje tem tanto de aliciante quanto de desafiante. Sendo esta a célula básica da sociedade, são os valores cultivados no seio familiar que vão vigorar na comunidade que a integra. Na atualidade, assistimos a uma transformação nos princípios orientadores da instituição familiar, convertendo e modificando o grupo que é o primeiro a nos acolher e transmitir as noções estruturantes de socialização, partilha e proteção. Muitas são as feridas que têm vindo a ser infligidas no seio da família e muitos são os atentados que vem enfrentando: a falta de tempo, precaridade laboral, desautorização dos educadores, materialização da sociedade… É urgente agir de forma a abraçar as novas estruturas familiares e encontrar uma cura que ajude a cicatrizar as feridas e salvar a pedra fundante da sociedade. O Papa Francisco, ciente dos perigos que vive a instituição familiar e alerta para as transformações cada vez mais reais, ajuda-nos com a sua Exortação Apostólica Amoris Laetitia, onde explicita os focos de sangramento da família hoje e mostra-nos um caminho de esperança, baseado na reconciliação dentro da família e com a família.
Talking about family today is as appealing as challenging. Being the basic cell of the society, there is going to be its values the ones that will prevail in the community. Nowadays, we can observe a transformation in the guiding principles of the family institution, converting and changing the group which is the first to cherish and transmit us the structural notions of socialization, sharing and protection. Many are the wounds that have been being inflicted in the family and many are the outrages it has to deal with: lack of time, job insecurity, disavowel of the educators, materialization of the society… It is urgent to act in order to embrace the new family structures and find a cure that helps healing the wounds and save the society founding stone. The Pope Francisco, aware of the dangers that the family institution faces, and alert for transformations that are becoming more and more real, helps us with his Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia, where he explains today’s bleading focs of the family and shows us a way of hope, based on reconciliation inside and among family.
