| dc.description.abstract | No atual panorama mediático, a integração de estratégias digitais com formatos televisivos tradicionais tornou-se crucial para captar a atenção do público e gerar interação. A ascensão dos repórteres digitais, que atuam como intermediários entre produção e audiência, oferece uma nova perspetiva sobre como os programas televisivos podem envolver os espectadores de maneira mais direta e personalizada. Este relatório de estágio explora o papel emergente dos repórteres digitais, focando-se no estudo de caso da série portuguesa "Morangos com Açúcar". Através de uma metodologia mista de investigação, que combina entrevistas exploratórias, com a realização de um inquérito por questionário aos seguidores da série, observação participante da investigadora, o relatório tem como principal objetivo responder à pergunta: Qual a influência da repórter digital no envolvimento da audiência digital da série “Morangos com Açúcar”?. Pretende-se também compreender o início da existência de repórteres digitais em programas de entretenimento na estação televisiva TVI, em particular na série “Morangos com Açúcar”, e avaliar as reações dos espectadores diante de abordagens digitais específicas. Os resultados indicam uma preferência significativa por conteúdos que incluem a participação direta da repórter digital, demonstrando o seu papel na criação de uma conexão mais próxima com a audiência. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | In today's media landscape, integrating digital strategies with traditional television formats has become crucial to capturing the audience's attention and generating interaction. The rise of digital reporters, who act as intermediaries between production and audience, offers a new perspective on how television programs can engage viewers in a more direct and personalized way. This internship report explores the emerging role of digital reporters, focusing on the case study of the Portuguese series ‘Morangos com Açúcar’. Using a mixed research methodology that combines the analysis of exploratory interviews, a questionnaire survey of the series‘ followers and participant observation by the researcher, the report's main objective is to answer the question: “What is the digital reporter’s influence on the engagement of the digital audience of the series ”Morangos com Açúcar’?’. It also aims to understand the beginnings of digital reporters in entertainment programs on the TVI television station, particularly in the ‘Morangos com Açúcar’ series, and to assess viewers' reactions to specific digital approaches. The results indicate a significant preference for content that includes the direct participation of the digital reporter, demonstrating her role in creating a closer connection with the audience. | eng |
