do Hospital Magalhães Lemos.
The present report represents the outcome of a personal journey that encompasses all theoretical and practical work carried out over during the traineeship of the Master's Specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatry, combined with personal and professional experiences. The traineeship took place in three different contexts and periods of time: Centro de Saúde de Famalicão (Famalicão Center Health), Braga's Department of Psychiatry and the Santo Tirso Unit of the Magalhães Lemos Hospital. The preparation of this written work was based on critical reflexive methods and bibliographic research. The training process allowed me to acomplish the previously outlined objectives, as well as to acquire the technical, scientific and relational skills needed in high level Mental Health and Psychiatry care.
