| dc.description.abstract | The initial petition is the gateway to the litigation process. It guarantees access to justice and the possibility of being able to have an active voice in claiming rights that they believe have been harmed. This article is not intended to innovate, but rather to strengthen the procedural procedures that regulate such an important legal instrument.
