Abstract(s)
The initial petition is the gateway to the litigation process. It guarantees access to justice and the possibility of being able to have an active voice in claiming rights that they believe have been harmed. This article is not intended to innovate, but rather to strengthen the procedural procedures that regulate such an important legal instrument. We would like this article to be of use to students of Canon Law and also serve as review material for all canon workers in the Courts of the Church.
