| dc.description.abstract | O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é responder à questão de investigação referente à forma como a relação fundador-colaborador em startups de base tecnológica tem sido estudada na literatura. Deste modo, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura na qual através do protocolo da RSL, foram eleitos 14 artigos sujeitos a análise. Tendo em consideração as especificidades das startups de base tecnológica, os resultados salientam alguns fatores importantes no estabelecimento de uma relação positiva entre os dois intervenientes, o colaborador e o fundador, nomeadamente tratar-se de uma relação informal, a conciliação entre a vida de trabalho com a vida pessoal, a implementação de estratégias que fomentem a manutenção de relações informais e o foco no equilíbrio da vida profissional e pessoal sendo estes, fatores influentes para o bem-estar e o desempenho dos colaboradores. Alem disto, o ambiente da empresa, a sua cultura e as recompensas e incentivos dados aos colaboradores revelam-se também ser fatores essências para o desenvolvimento de uma relação interpessoal e institucionalizada entre o fundador e colaborador em empresas startup. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The main goal of the present study is to answer to the question referring to how the relationship between the founder and the employee in technology-based startups have been studied on literature. To do so, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, and with the SLR protocol, 14 articles were chosen and analyzed. Having in mind the specific characteristics the technology-based startups characteristics, the results show some important factors in establishing a healthy relationship between the two intervenient, the employee and the founder, namely the fact that it is an informal relationship, the implementation of strategies that promotes informal relations and the focus on work-life balancebeing those, influential for the employee’s well-being and development. Moreover, the company’s environment, the culture and the rewards and incentives given to the employees are also key factors for the development of a healthy relationship between the founder and the employee of startup companies. | pt_PT |
