Abstract(s)
O processo de inovação é essencial para a dinamização da economia, e, por inerência, para a promoção de um nível mais elevado de bem-estar generalizado. O financiamento deste processo pode ser feito de várias formas, sendo que, no caso europeu, o acesso a instrumentos de financiamento do Programa-Quadro de apoio à I&D é bastante utilizado por diversas entidades – públicas e privadas. O presente estudo tem como objetivo central a definição de potenciais estratégias a utilizar no contexto da candidatura a instrumentos de financiamento europeus. Concretamente, este objetivo está consubstanciado na seguinte questão de investigação: “Que estratégias usar para garantir a submissão de uma proposta competitiva no contexto do programa quadro de investigação e inovação da EU?" Ao nível da metodologia utilizada, o paradigma de investigação escolhido foi o estudo de caso, sendo que a técnica de recolha de dados foi a observação em contexto organizacional numa empresa cuja atividade inclui a consultoria de inovação. Os atributos, selecionados a partir das dimensões de análise - Gestão da Inovação e do Design Thinking - foram considerados essenciais para o relatório realizado, alinhando-se com os restantes elementos que o compõe. Os principais resultados do presente estudo são, por um lado a identificação dos valores fundamentais e distintivos da organização, e, por outro um grupo de recomendações para a realização de uma proposta competitiva e capaz de alinhar objetivos de todos os stakeholders envolvidos.
The innovation process is essential to boost the economy, and, inherently, to promote a higher level of general well-being. The financing of this process can be achieved in several ways, and in the european case, access to the financing instruments of the “Framework Program” to support R&D is widely employed by several entities - public and private. This study has, as its central goal the definition of potential strategies to be used in the context of the application to european financing instruments. Explicitly/concretely, this goal is embodied in the following research question: "What are the strategies to be used to ensure the submission of a competitive proposal in the context of the EU research and innovation framework program?" In terms of the methodology chosen, the research paradigm applied was the case study reseach, and the data collection technique was the observation in an organisational context, in a company whose activity includes innovation consulting. The attributes, selected from the analysis dimensions - Innovation Management and Design Thinking - were considered essential for the analysis carried out, in line with the other elements that compose the report. The main results of this study are, on the one hand, the identification of the organisation’s fundamental and distinctive values, and, on the other hand, a group of recommendations for the realisation of a competitive proposal, capable of aligning the objectives of all the stakeholders involved.
