O presente relatório pretende espelhar as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio do segundo ano do Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais de Braga, realizado na Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Barcelos (SCMB), durante o ano letivo de 2014/2015.
O objetivo deste estágio consiste na aplicação de diversas abordagens teóricas, adquiridas ao longo do percurso académico, aos diversos contextos da atividade psicológica. Refletir sobre as práticas e as aprendizagens no contato com a realidade, desenvolvendo assim, competências adequadas, para vir a exercer a sua atividade profissional com qualidade e competência.
A estrutura do presente relatório é constituída por três partes principais: primeira parte - caraterização do contexto institucional e funções do psicólogo; segunda parte - caraterização da observação e avaliação das necessidades de intervenção; terceira parte - atividades de avaliação e intervenção psicológica.
The present report intends to present the main activities developed during the second year’s internship of the Masters in Clinical and Health Psychology of the Portuguese Catholic University – Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Braga. Internship took place in Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Barcelos (SCMB), during the academic year of 2014/2015. The main purpose of this internship is to apply distinct theoretical approaches to multiple contexts, learnt throughout the Masters, in order to be able to practice one’s professional activity with accuracy and competence. This experience allows not only to establish the link between the intellectual contents acknowledged and realistic situations, but also to reflect on them and how these can be put into action in specific situations. The report is structured in three different sections. Firstly, the institutional context and the psychological function are characterized. Then, the needs of intervention are pointed out and evaluated, summing up in the presentation of the evaluation activities, as well as the psychological interventions.
