| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho teve, como tarefa, pesquisar as reações maternas, familiares e a atenção dos profissionais de saúde diante da notícia de malformação fetal e avaliar seus sentimentos e atitudes, possibilitando uma abertura na dinâmica de Pré-natal, da mãe se dispor a ser, ela própria, um ser de cuidados paliativos para seu filho. Pesquisar esta vivência da gravidez com a malformação fetal, valorizando o cuidado com este feto e com o recém-nascido, independente do seu tempo de sobrevida, inserindo-os na experiência do Cuidado Paliativo considerando o ser materno como a própria sede deste Cuidado Paliativo, ao gerar e acolher seu filho como Pessoa a ser reconhecida em toda sua integridade até sua morte natural. A questão central é: Cuidado Paliativo é sem dúvida um exercício do cuidar, onde o valor central é a dignidade humana; pode ser aplicado ao feto e ao recém-nascido portador de malformação? A mulher grávida já vive sua maternidade a partir da fecundação e o fato de saber que seu filho viverá pouco tempo não anula a sua existência, não desumaniza aquele que traz em seu ventre e sua eliminação pode lhe dar a ilusão de diminuir seu sofrimento, porém não é o que se constata na realidade: ‘aquele filho’ é único e irrepetível e não será mais nenhum outro e seu descarte não pode ser justificado pela incapacidade de valorizar a humanidade que não tem uma aparência bela. É uma eventualidade regularmente confrontada pela equipe multidisciplinar de um centro onde exista o serviço de pré-natal. Existe uma missão concreta a ser realizada de caráter único e irrepetível em cada situação e que pode ser vivida de maneira intransferível por cada Pessoa. Este estudo deu elementos que comprovam a possibilidade de aplicação dos princípios da Bioética Personalista Ontológicamente Fundada em situação concreta de vivências limites num Serviço de Saúde materno-infantil, apontando caminhos de conduta para todos os envolvidos. | pt_PT |

The central question is: Palliative Care undoubtedly an exercise of care where the central value is human dignity can be applied to the fetus and the newborn with malformation. A pregnant woman is already living her motherhood from conception and knowing that her son will live a short time does not negate its existence, it dehumanizes the one who brings in her womb and its elimination can give the illusion of reducing their suffering, but not is what we see in reality: 'one child' is unique and unrepeatable and will be no other and its disposal cannot be justified by the inability to value the humanity that does not look nice. It is an event regularly confronted by a multidisciplinary team where there is a service center for pre-natal care. There is a concrete mission being carried out and unrepeatable uniqueness in every situation and that can be lived so untransferable by each person.
