| dc.description.abstract | Neste trabalho de investigação, procuramos fundamentar a tese de que o testemunho (absoluto) é o princípio indesconstrutível da desconstrução da sociedade da informação, desconstrução da qual emana a figura exemplar do «jornalista testemunhal». Esta tese não poderia ser sustentada sem uma outra ideia que forjamos na confluência dos trabalhos de J. Derrida, P. Ricoeur e R. Girard: o testemunho (absoluto) é a matriz da cultura ocidental, englobando e excedendo uma interpretação sacrificial da cultura; o testemunho (absoluto) manifesta-se como latente, simultaneamente «presente» e ainda «porvir» («à-venir»); presente de forma espectral, como fonte orientadora da dessacralização da cultura, e porvir pela dificuldade e resistência dos homens em interpretar os «sinais» que o absoluto dá de si mesmo às consciências humanas. A figura do jornalista testemunhal constitui umas das figuras exemplares de uma cultura que, debruçando-se sobre a sua produção, acede à sua origem testemunhal, revelando a condição hermenêutica do homem: a purificação da cultura através da sua reinterpretação e reactualização à luz do testemunho (absoluto). Demonstremos ainda que a lógica do testemunho encontra a sua metafísica no «tempo de projecto» (J.-P. Dupuy), protagonizado pelo «profeta da desgraça» que melhor ilustra a atitude do «catastrofismo esclarecido», capaz de diferir a violência apocalíptica. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In this research work, we seek to support the thesis that the (absolute) testimony is the principle indestructible of deconstruction of the information society, deconstruction which adopted the exemplary figure of «testimonial journalist». This thesis could not be sustained without another idea that was forged according to the convergence of J. Derrida's work, P. Ricoeur and R. Girard: the (absolute) testimony is the matrix of the Western culture, encompassing and exceeding a sacrificial interpretation of culture; the (absolute) testimony manifests itself as latent, both «Present» and also «Future» (“à-venir”); Present - spectral shape - as guidance source of desecration of culture, and Future – showing the men’s difficulty and strength to interpret the «signs» that the absolute gives of himself to human consciousness. The idea of testimonial journalist assumes the shape of exemplary figure in a culture that, «leaning» on its production, gives access to the testimonial origin of itself, revealing the man's hermeneutics condition and purification of the culture, through its reinterpretation and upgrade of the (absolute) testimony. We will still demonstrate that even the logic of the testimony finds its metaphysics in the «time of project» (J.-P. Dupuy), performed by the «prophet of doom» that best illustrates the attitude of the «enlightened catastrophism», able to defer the apocalyptic violence. | pt_PT |
