O relatório de estágio que se segue pretende descrever as atividades de estágio
realizadas, referentes ao 2º ano do Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde, do ano
letivo 2012/2013. O estágio curricular realizou-se na instituição Projeto Homem de
Braga, na Comunidade Terapêutica e Reinserção Social, respetivas valências, por um
período de 8 meses (aproximadamente 700 horas), permitindo o conhecimento de uma
nova realidade, o mundo dos consumos, da toxicodependência e alcoolismo. Tendo
como objetivos de estágio a aplicação das diferentes abordagens teóricas, a
aprendizagem de competências de avaliação e intervenção psicológica e a promoção do
contato e conhecimento de boas práticas de técnicas profissionais adequadas e
autónomas, o estágio contemplou um conjunto de atividade de avaliação, intervenção
individual e em grupo, e uma atividade de ação de formação. Desta forma, o relatório de
estágio encontra-se agrupado em três partes distintas: caracterização da instituição e do
papel do psicólogo; caracterização da observação e levantamento de necessidades da
instituição; e atividades desenvolvidas (acompanhamentos individuais, intervenção em
grupo e ação de formação). Assim, o estágio curricular permitiu o desenvolvimento de
competências éticas e profissionais, na área da psicologia clínica e da saúde.
The following internship report intended to describe the internship activities, referring to the 2nd academic year of the Master in Clinical and Health Psychology, the school year 2012/2013. The curricular internship was held at Projeto Homem de Braga institution, in Comunidade Terapêutica and Reinserção Social, their valences, for a period of 8 months (about 700 hours), allowing knowledge of a new reality, the world of consumption, drug addiction and alcoholism. Having as internship goals the application of the different theoretical approaches, the learning skills assessment and psychological intervention and the promoting contact, and knowledge of the good practices of appropriate and independent professional techniques, the stage included a set of evaluation activity, individual and group intervention, and action training activities. So the internship report is grouped into three distinct parts: characterization of the institution and the role of the psychologist; characterization of the observation and survey of community needs; and developed activities (individual accompaniments, group interventions and action training). Thus, the curricular internship allowed the development of professional and ethical responsibilities, in clinical and health psychology.
