As estratégias de gestão de projetos são planeadas com o objectivo de facilitar a conclusão eficiente e eficaz dos mesmos. Entre as estratégias, destacam-se as metodologias ágeis, que estão a ser aplicadas fora do seu contexto original, o software. A utilização de métodos ágeis irá materializar o aparecimento de resultados num curto espaço de tempo e com mais-valias. Além disso, vai permitir aos utilizadores uma nova experiência com a obtenção dos produtos e/ou serviços. O convívio e a consciencialização da necessidade da interação humana vão proporcionar uma melhor gestão de riscos, oferecendo um feedback oportuno com resultados direcionados, levando, desta forma, a uma maior satisfação do cliente e a uma resolução rápida de problemas. O turismo e a cultura constituem um binómio inseparável no centro das oportunidades de desenvolvimento. Através do seu crescimento, as ferramentas usadas para gestão poderão carecer de melhorias de forma a acompanhar as mudanças. Desta maneira, torna-se necessário explorar métodos que assistam estas indústrias a desenvolver-se e a melhorar. Utilizando a agilidade como base, o estudo exploratório realizado incide sobre instituições na cidade do Porto que recebem nos seus espaços diversos visitantes, presenteando-os com exemplares do âmbito do património religioso. Para este estudo define-se como objectivo traçar um panorama que possibilite identificar quem emprega os métodos de gestão ágeis, apresentando algumas orientações de forma a potenciar a agilidade. A adaptação às mudanças de condições é vital para que as organizações alcancem o sucesso.
Project management strategies are designed with the purpose of improving the efficiency of their completion. Among the strategies, we highlight the agile methodologies that are being applied outside the original context, the software. Using agile methods will materialize the emergence of results in a short period of time and with benefit. In addition, it will allow users a new experience in getting the products and / or the services. The coexistence, benefiting of the awareness of the necessity of human interaction will provide a better risk management, providing an opportune feedback for the targeted results, leading, thus, to a greater customer satisfaction and a quicker problem resolution. Tourism and culture are an inseparable binomial at the core of opportunities of development in these areas. Through its growth, the tools used for management may need improvements in order to keep up with their eventual transformations. In this way, it is necessary to explore methods that assist these industries to develop and improve. Using agility as a basis, this exploratory study focuses on institutions in the city of Porto that receive in their spaces several visitors, presenting them examples within the scope of religious heritage. For this study, the objective is to outline an overall picture that makes possible to identify who employs agile management methods, presenting some guidelines in order to enhance agility. The adaptation to the changing conditions is essential for organizations to achieve the targeted success.
