Este trabalho descreve a atividade profissional do autor num determinado tempo e
espaço precisos, atividade desenvolvida naquilo a que foi denominado como "corredores do
poder", classificação esta que complementa a descrição do percurso, no sentido de que este
emirja particularmente subentendido das palavras ditas e doutras porventura não ditas, umas
vezes implícitas na redação, outras vezes apenas explícitas, à guisa de descoberta.
Começa-se por explicar o conceito de organização, explicitando-se, logo de seguida os
mundos das organizações, tentando compreender que mundos estruturam a escola, que
mundos organizam os "corredores do poder", quiçá, que mundos emergiram ou imergiram
com a troika, se mundos mais domésticos, mais cívicos, mais industriais ou mais mercantis.
Vislumbrar que conceitos de justiça estarão presentes nos "corredores de poder", mas tal
como os mundos que se entrecruzam, também a justiça, complexa, é um conceito pluralizado
e com diversas gramáticas.
E porque "a justiça diz respeito às questões essenciais da igualdade, da liberdade e da
democracia " (Estêvão, 2004, p.8), a segunda parte do trabalho cruza as lentes teóricas da
primeira com a ação organizacional, com o quotidiano dos corredores do poder na tentativa de
compreensão destes como organização e repensá-los como constituídos por vários mundos.
This work describes the professional activity of the author in a certain and specific period of time and space, activity developed in what it's called the "corridors of power"; such evaluation contemplates the description of the trajectory, in a sense that emerges particularly to be understood on words spoken and others perhaps not said, sometimes implicit in the writing, others sometimes only explicit, on the search of discovery. Starting with the explanation of the concept of the organization, clarifying, right after, the worlds organizations, trying to understand what worlds structure school, what worlds organize "the corridors of power", perhaps, what worlds emerges or submerge with troika, in more domestic, civic, industrial or even more mercantilized worlds. To glimpse which concepts of justice will be present in the "corridors of power", but as worlds cross, also justice, complex, is a pluralized concept and with different of grammars. And as "justice concerns main issues of equality, freedom and democracy" (Estevão, 2004, p.8), the second part of the worlds cross the theoretical lenses of the first part with an action organization, with the everyday corridors of power in a sense to understand them as an organization and re thinking them more as formed by several worlds.
