Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como finalidade desenvolver e reconhecer o trabalho
feito por Dom João de Oliveira Matos, na Diocese da Guarda. Dom João foi um homem que,
desde muito cedo, reconheceu que os leigos têm papel fulcral para a evangelização. Com este
trabalho pretendemos reconhecer que o seu papel foi e continua a ser importante, através das
obras de caridade, desenvolvidas pela Liga dos Servos de Jesus, por ele fundada.
The goal of this paper is to recognize the work done by Dom João de Oliveira Matos, in the diocese of Guarda. Dom Joao was a man who, from a very early age, recognized that the laity have a central role in evangelization. With this paper we intend to recognize that its role was and continues to be important, through the works of charity, developed by the League of Servants of Jesus, founded by him.
