A presente dissertação pretende analisar o regime atual de participação em sociedades desportivas à luz da Lei n.º 39/2023, de 4 de agosto. Esta lei introduziu mudanças significativas no regime, que merecem ser analisadas criticamente. O objetivo é proporcionar uma visão abrangente aos atuais e potenciais sócios das sociedades desportivas, de modo a que estes estejam aptos a compreender as regras que devem cumprir e as limitações poderão encontrar.
This dissertation aims to analyse the current framework of shareholdings in sports companies in light of Law no. 39/2023 of 4 August. This law introduced significant changes to the applicable regime that should be critically examined. The objective is to provide a comprehensive overview for current and potential shareholders of sports companies, so that they are able to understand the rules they must comply with and the limitations they may encounter.
