O presente relatório está inserido no âmbito do estágio curricular do 2º ciclo do Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa-Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais, Braga. O objetivo primordial deste relatório é a apresentação das linhas gerais do estágio curricular decorrido no ano 2014/2015, o qual foi realizado no ACES Alto Ave (Guimarães, Vizela e Terras de Basto), especificamente na Unidade de Recursos Assistenciais Partilhados (URAP), inserida no Centro de Saúde das Taipas-Guimarães. A estrutura do relatório de estágio apresenta uma descrição das áreas de atuação. Seguidamente, são mencionadas as diferentes atividades de intervenção psicológica, designadamente de intervenção individual, em grupo e a ação de formação, e, finalmente, uma reflexão relativa à experiência desenvolvida durante o estágio.
The present report emerges in the context of the master´s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Portuguese Catholic University-Regional Center of Braga. The main objective of this report is to present the guidelines of curriculum research at stage elapsed in the year 2014/2015, which was held at ACES High Ave (Guimarães, Vizela and Terras de Basto), specifically Unit Shared Resource Assistance (URAP) inserted at the Health Centre of Taipas, Guimarães. The internship report structure provides a description of areas of expertise. Next, they are mentioned the different activities of psychological intervention, including individual intervention group and the formation of action, and finally a reflection on the experience developed during the internship.
