| dc.description.abstract | Com o desenvolvimento deste trabalho pretendemos analisar as ações de wrongful life sob a perspetiva do Direito das Crianças. Pela complexidade e sensibilidade subjacentes, e por convocar a discussão de inúmeras problemáticas, pretendemos examinar aquelas que, para nós, representam os maiores obstáculos. Assim, este estudo principiará com a abordagem do tema da personalidade prosseguindo para a explanação do conceito das ações de wrongful life, relacionando-as com a Interrupção Voluntária da Gravidez e a Convenção sobre os Direitos das Crianças. Posteriormente, dedicaremos um capítulo à análise da responsabilidade civil e dos seus pressupostos, seguindo-se uma abordagem ao tema ao nível internacional. Terminaremos o estudo com a apresentação da nossa posição. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | With the development of this work, we intend to analyze wrongful life actions from the perspective of Children's Rights. Due to the underlying complexity and sensitivity, and because it calls for the discussion of numerous issues, we intend to examine those that, for us, represent the greatest obstacles. Thus, this study will begin with an approach to the theme of personality, proceeding to explain the concept of wrongful life actions, relating them to the Abortion and the Convention on the Rights of Child. Subsequently, we will dedicate a chapter to the analysis of civil liability and its assumptions, followed by an approach to the subject at an international level.
