| dc.description.abstract | A comment on an appeal decision which has considered constitutional the legislative solution foreseen in the an. 219. o of Criminal Procedure Code, after the 2007 revision, in a sense of considering inadmissible the Public Prosecution appeal interposition of the decision that does not apply or does not maintain the coercion measure. Beyond the agreement to the decision s content, there is an attempt to Show that only this legal solution would be the correct one, as it was also the one that always was in force in the Criminal Procedure Code. | por |
