No âmbito da Unidade Curricular “Estágio Final e Relatório”, constituinte do Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, da Escola de Enfermagem de Lisboa do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa foi proposta a elaboração do presente relatório como objeto de apreciação e discussão pública. No sentido de documentar o percurso de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências para uma prática de cuidados especializada, o relatório emerge da concretização do Projeto de Aprendizagem elaborado, com vista à obtenção do grau de Mestre, assim como do título de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica. Este documento tem como objetivo: realizar uma análise crítica e reflexiva das atividades e das experiências vivenciadas em contexto de estágio em Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos. O relatório encontra-se estruturado em capítulos. No início apresenta-se a análise de conceito intitulada “Escuta no cuidado de enfermagem: Uma análise de conceito” com o objetivo de realizar a análise de conceito de escuta no cuidado de enfermagem, de acordo com o conceito evolucionário de Rodgers. Posteriormente expõe-se a análise crítica e reflexiva das atividades desenvolvidas. Salienta-se também a elaboração da scoping review “Cuidados de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica com balão intra-aórtico: A scoping review” com o objetivo de mapear o conhecimento de forma a identificar os cuidados de enfermagem na prestação de cuidados à pessoa em situação crítica com balão intra-aórtico. No final é apresentada a conclusão da análise reflexiva realizada enquanto contributo basilar para um crescimento pessoal e profissional.
Within the scope of the Curricular Unit "Final Internship and Report", constituting the Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing – area of Nursing for the Person in Critical Situation, of the School of Nursing of Lisbon of the Institute of Health Sciences of the Catholic University of Portugal, it was proposed to prepare of this report as an object of public appreciation and discussion. In order to document the course of acquisition and development of skills for a specialized care practice, the report emerges from the implementation of the Learning Project prepared, with a view to obtaining a Master's degree, as well as the title of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing – Nursing to the Person in Critical Situation. This document aims to: carry out a critical and reflective analysis of the activities and experiences lived in the context of an internship in an Intensive Care Unit. The report is structured in chapters. At the beginning, the concept analysis entitled “Listening in nursing care: A concept analysis” is presented with the objective of carrying out the analysis of the concept of listening in nursing care, according to Rodgers' evolutionary concept. Subsequently, the critical and reflective analysis of the activities developed is exposed. It is also worth mentioning the elaboration of the scoping review “Nursing care for the person in critical condition with intra-aortic balloon: A scoping review” with the objective of mapping knowledge in order to identify nursing care in the provision of care to the person in critical situation with intra-aortic balloon. At the end, the conclusion of the reflective analysis carried out as a fundamental contribution to personal and professional growth is presented.
