Nesta dissertação será abordado o fenómeno do assédio laboral, atendendo-se a várias das suas projeções normativas. Tendo como pano de fundo a saúde física e psíquica do trabalhador, como bem jurídico essencial subjacente à tutela contra o assédio laboral, este estudo assume a perspetiva das obrigações do empregador como garante desse bem e, por isso, como sujeito onerado com deveres vários em matéria de proteção contra atos assediantes.
This dissertation addresses the phenomenon of workplace harassment, looking at several of its legal projections. Considering the physical and psychological health pillars of the worker as the essential legal matter underlying the protection against harassment in the workplace, this study takes the perspective of the employer's obligations as the responsible party of this matter. Therefore, the employer carries the responsibility with various duties in terms of protection against harassing acts.
