Este estudo tem como objetivo explorar e compreender o papel das relações intergeracionais e da troca de informação na intenção de saída dos Baby Boomers, recorrendo a uma metodologia quantitativa. A amostra é constituída por 171 trabalhadores nascidos entre 1943-1965 de diversos setores de atividade. Relativamente à recolha de dados procedeu-se à utilização de questionários que foram analisados posteriormente através do software SPSS 25.0. Esta investigação procura ser um contributo para o aumento e desenvolvimento das relações entre trabalhadores de diferentes gerações, para a diminuição da intenção de saída dos trabalhadores mais velhos e para o fomento de ambientes de trabalho auto-realizadores.
