O mundo evolui a passos cada vez mais largos, nos surpreendendo a cada instante com novas formas de interagir e nos relacionar. Em paralelo a esta verdadeira revolução tecnológica, seus prós e contras, o Estado e, em especial, o Poder Judiciário, carrega o peso de sua imponência, a responsabilidade pela entrega da prestação jurisdicional e as dificuldades em acompanhar toda mudança, seja pela falta estrutura técnica, de pessoal ou de equipamentos. O presente estudo visa apresentar o sistema Blockchain como uma alternativa viável e segura, não apenas para o sistema probatório, como já vem sendo utilizado, mas para todo o processo judicial, aproximando o Judiciário da revolução tecnológica de forma consciente, segura e promotora da boa governança.
The evolution of the world is each time faster, surprising everybody with new ways of interacting and relations between people. At the same time, as this real technological revolution takes place, with its goods and bad aspects, Government, and in special the Judicial Power, has to deal with the weigh of its size, the responsibility of solving the citizens problems and the difficulties in following all these changes, due to the lack of technical structure, of trained people or equipments. The present study aims to present the blockchain-based system as a real and safe alternative not only to prove one aspect of the process, as it is already being used, but also to the entire process, putting together the Court and the technological revolution in a conscious and secure way, to achieve the good governance.
