Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação foi desenvolvida no pressuposto de analisar em detalhe as diferentes políticas e diretivas Europeias na área da transição Energética, envolvendo um vasto leque temas que se estende desde a criação de trabalhos verdes, o ecodesign, impactos sociais / económicos, à análise detalhada das “novas” modalidades de energia como o “Biogás” e o Hidrogénio Verde e o estudo de toda a planificação da UE para implementar novos projetos de energias renováveis em larga escala no âmbito de alcançarem-se as metas do European Green Deal. Numa segunda parte da investigação é estudado o impacto destas medidas e fenómeno (da transição energética) em Portugal ao tentar compreender quais os tipos de energia renovável com maiores benefícios para desenvolverem-se no país e quais os possíveis impactos industriais, económicos e sociais deste processo em Portugal. A nível de fontes informativas nesta parte é recorrido o Plano Nacional de Energia e Clima, entrevistas a vários atores de relevo no setor e o estudo de obras de autores conceituados na área, tal como “A Energia em Portugal” de Jorge Vasconcellos, para além de uma complementaridade com diversos estudos académicos e investigações de institutos de pesquisa científica.
The present dissertation was developed with the aim of analyzing in detail the different European policies and directives in the area of energy transition, involving a wide range of topics that extend from the creation of green works, ecodesign, social / economic impacts to the detailed analysis of the “new energy modalities” such as “Biogas” and Green Hydrogen and the study of all EU planning to implement new large-scale renewable energy projects in order to achieve the goals of the European Green Deal. The second part of the investigation will analyze the impact of these measures and phenomenon (the energy transition) in Portugal, trying to understand which are the types of renewable energy with greater benefits to develop in the country and what are the possible impacts of this phenomenon in the industrial, economic and social sectors in Portugal. In terms of information sources, this part will consult the National Energy and Climate Plan, interviews with several relevant actors in the sector and the study of works by renowned authors in the area, such as “Energy in Portugal” by Jorge Vasconcellos, in addition to of a complementarity with several university studies and investigations from scientific research institutes.
