| dc.description.abstract | Pedro Alexandrino de Carvalho (1729 – 1810) foi um dos artistas portugueses que mais trabalhou na segunda metade do século XVIII, destacando-se sobretudo na produção de pinturas de altar e de tecto. As telas de altar são uma presença constante no retábulo-mor do século XVIII cobrindo o nicho central de forma fixa ou móvel. Através da obra Última Ceia com a assinatura de Pedro Alexandrino, pretendemos: apresentar o exemplo de uma pintura que possui um sistema de exposição que permite que seja recolhida ficando oculta, fazer a caracterização da técnica pictórica empregue e identificar as alterações decorrentes da história da obra. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Pedro Alexandrino de Carvalho was one of the most prolific Portuguese artist in the second half of the eighteenth century, emphasizing mainly on production of altar screens and ceiling paintings.The altar screen is a constant presence in the altar piece of the eighteenth century and can cover the oblong chamber in the body of the altar in a fixed or mobile form. Through the work of the Last Supper with the signing of Pedro Alexandrino we aim: to present the example of a painting that has a display system that allows it to be collected and hidden, to characterize the pictorial technique employed and identify changes arising from the history of painting. | eng |
