Nesta dissertação, procuramos compreender as perceções dos colaboradores sobre os efeitos do teletrabalho nas suas vidas profissional e pessoal. O teletrabalho é um meio utilizado por empresas, e que ganhou uma importância especial recentemente, devido à situação de pandemia que obrigou muitas empresas a colocarem os seus funcionários a trabalhar a partir de casa. Ao longo deste trabalho será realizada uma revisão de literatura, de modo a compreender, o regime de teletrabalho e o impacto que este tem nos colaboradores de uma empresa. É importante perceber o impacto nos teletrabalhadores e os aspetos negativos que este regime pode trazer, para perceber o que pode ser feito para melhorar a experiência de teletrabalho. Depois de identificar o quadro teórico serão realizadas algumas entrevistas semiestruturadas a determinados colaboradores de uma empresa de IT, que permitirão conhecer melhor este fenómeno e tornarão possível obter conclusões num contexto real, e assim, complementar ou desafiar os resultados da revisão de literatura. Assim, o objetivo final é responder à questão de investigação: De que forma o regime de teletrabalho afeta os colaboradores?
In this dissertation, we are looking to understand the collaborator’s perceptions about the effects of telework on their professional and personal lives. Telework is a means used by companies, that gained special importance recently, due to the pandemic situation that forced a lot of companies to make their workers work from home. During this work, there’s going to be a revision of literature, so that we can understand telework and the impact it has on the collaborators of a company. It is important to understand the impact on the teleworkers and the negative effects that this regime can bring, to understand what can be done to improve the telework experience. After identifying the theoretical framework, we are going to perform some semi-structured interviews with certain collaborators of an IT company, that will allow us to understand better this phenomenon and will make it possible to reach conclusions in a real context, and that way, complement or defy the results of the revision of literature. With that being said, the final objective is to answer the question of investigation: In which way can telework affect the collaborators?
