Abstract(s)
Compared to the other principles, the principle of concentration is one of the general principles of criminal procedure that has received less attention from legal scholars, with relatively few works dedicated exclusively to it. With this work, we intend to contribute to the densification of the principle of concentration, referring its traditional understanding —temporal and spatial dimension—, but also proposing an expansive reconfiguration of its content, against the backdrop of Portuguese and Spanish law, in particular.
